Lofoten Viking AS maintains a high technology edge in our production facilities and processing machines. Every year since we started production in 1994 we have expanded our facilities, and today we have about 15000 square metres in total. Our company goal is to continually develop the tightest possible internal quality control. Our HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) approval is an industry standard tool for ensuring quality and safe food production, and is a tool to keep all our production team focused on quality. Our brand Lofoten Viking is on all products (except on the stockfish, for which we use the brand "Marca Vela ").
