Nerg\u00e5rd AS er majoritetseier i Lofoten Viking AS.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Nerg\u00e5rd AS, Lofoten Viking AS og Global Fish AS har videre besluttet \u00e5 etablere et felles salgsselskap, Global Fish Sales AS. Global Fish Sales AS vil ha hovedkontor i \u00c5lesund og et avdelingskontor i Troms\u00f8. Global Fish Sales AS vil i hovedsak omsette alle pelagiske produkter fra Nerg\u00e5rd Sild AS, Lofoten Viking AS og Global Fish AS. I tillegg omfatter avtalen deler av hvitfisk og biprodukter fra Lofoten Viking AS.
